  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger For the dressing
  • cup natural peanut butter Can substitute almond butter

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and peanut butter until completely smooth.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, snow peas, green onions, and cilantro.
