  • 8 ounces cream cheese Room temperature
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken Shredded and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • cup buffalo sauce Plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 sheet puff pastry Thawed according to package instructions
  • 1 large egg Beaten, for egg wash
  • ranch dressing For drizzling
  • parsley Freshly chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add cream cheese, chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
    A spatula stirs thick shredded chicken coated in orange buffalo sauce inside a bowl.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a 9x12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread 2 cups of the chicken mixture over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border along one long edge.
  4. Brush the border with beaten egg, tightly roll the pastry into a log, and press to seal.
    Hands brush egg wash onto puff pastry covered in orange shredded buffalo chicken.
  5. Slice the log into 12 pieces, brush exposed edges with egg, and bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Top each piece with remaining mixture, bake for 6-8 more minutes, then drizzle with sauce and garnish.
