- Add cream cheese, chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a 9x12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread 2 cups of the chicken mixture over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border along one long edge.
- Brush the border with beaten egg, tightly roll the pastry into a log, and press to seal.
- Slice the log into 12 pieces, brush exposed edges with egg, and bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Top each piece with remaining mixture, bake for 6-8 more minutes, then drizzle with sauce and garnish.
