  • 8 oz pasta Rotini or penne
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved For fresh sweetness

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Method

  4. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl until the texture is smooth.
  5. Combine the cooled pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl.
  6. Pour the dressing over the ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
