  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix 3.4 ounce size
  • 1.5 cups cold milk Whole milk works well
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries Rinsed and dried
  • 2 large apples Cored and chopped
  • 1 can mandarin oranges 15 ounce can, drained
  • 2 cups green grapes Halved if large

Method
 

  1. Whisk the pudding mix and cold milk together in a large bowl for two minutes.
  2. Prepare all the fruit by washing, drying, and chopping them into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  3. Fold the prepared fruit gently into the thickened vanilla mixture using a large rubber spatula.
  4. Chill the bowl in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes before serving to the family.
