Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen potatoes, broth, cream of chicken, cream cheese, ranch mix, seasonings, and one cup of bacon in the slow cooker.

  3. Stir the mixture well fifteen minutes before serving, then pour in the half and half and cheddar.
