- Bring the oil to a boil and fry the battered shrimp until golden brown and pink inside.
- Cover a bamboo mat in plastic wrap and lay a nori sheet flat on top.
- Spread a thin layer of cooked grains over the seaweed and flip it upside down.
- Lay the cucumber and fried shrimp along the edge and roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Drape the avocado over the top, slice into thick pieces, and garnish with roe and seeds.
