  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (2.5 lbs) Pat dry
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil Or melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Savory depth
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika Smoky flavor
  • salt and pepper To taste

Method
