  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup salted butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda

Method
 

  1. Mix the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth, creamy, and lighter in color.

  2. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar to the mixture and beat until fluffy and well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour with baking soda. Add to wet mixture and stir until just combined.

  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing apart, and press each with a fork to create a cross-hatch pattern.
