Ingredients
  

  • 9 tablespoons water For the simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Dissolves to sweeten the fruit
  • 5 ounces kiwi Peeled
  • 6 ounces mango Peeled
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries or strawberries Washed thoroughly

Equipment

  • 1 Small pot For boiling the simple syrup
  • 1 Blender For pureeing the fruit smoothly
  • 4 four 5-ounce cups Acts as the freezing molds
  • 4 wooden popsicle sticks Inserted for handles

Method
 

  1. Combine the water and sugar in a small pot and boil for five minutes until dissolved completely.
    Hands use a metal whisk to stir bubbling clear syrup inside a saucepan.
  2. Puree the kiwi, mango, and berries separately in a blender and divide the cooled syrup evenly among them.
    Clear liquid is poured into three bowls containing smooth green, yellow, and red purees.
  3. Pour the kiwi puree evenly into four small cups and place them in the freezer for one hour.
  4. Add the mango puree over the kiwi, freeze for twenty minutes, then insert the wooden sticks carefully.
  5. Pour the final berry layer into the cups and freeze the entire batch overnight to harden completely.
