  • 1 tablespoon dry vermouth chilled
  • Ice cubes for mixing
  • 1 lemon twist or 3 green olives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill your mixing glass with solid ice cubes. Avoid crushed ice, as it dilutes the drink too quickly.

  2. Add 3 oz chilled gin and 1 tablespoon dry vermouth to the ice. Chill is crucial — don’t rush this step.
