Method
- Submerge wooden skewers in water for at least 2 hours before using.
- Slice the pineapple into even wedges or chunks.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Toss the pineapple in the sugar mixture and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Thread the pineapple onto skewers and place on a preheated medium-high grill.
- Grill for 2½ to 3½ minutes per side until grill marks appear.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
