Method
 

  1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat and cook the beef with salt and pepper until it is fully crumbled and no longer pink.

  2. Sauté the onions, peppers, and garlic in the same skillet until softened, then stir in the ketchup, spices, and remaining liquids until thickened.
  3. Transfer the hot meat mixture to a baking dish and top it with the halved slider rolls arranged cut-side down.

Notes

Slice the slider rolls in half crosswise and place them cut-side down to soak up the savory sauce while baking to a golden crisp.
