- Slice banana and transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Add blueberries and strawberries to same plate. Freeze completely for 2 to 3 hours until solid.
- Add milk and yogurt to high-speed blender bowl. Having liquid at bottom helps blending process and prevents machine from getting stuck.
- Add frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana, and broken acai puree pieces to blender. Break acai into smaller chunks for easier blending.
- Start on low speed, using tamper to push frozen fruit toward blades. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding minimal liquid only if absolutely needed.
- Mixture should be thick like soft-serve ice cream, not thin like smoothie. Add more frozen fruit if too thin, or tiny amounts of liquid if too thick to blend.
- Divide mixture between two bowls immediately. Add toppings in sections for Instagram-worthy presentation. Work quickly since mixture melts at room temperature.
