  • 8 corn tortillas Small street taco size
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage For crunch

Method
 

  1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil and spices in a medium bowl until fully coated.

  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan until they become soft and pliable. Look for light charred spots to appear on the surface for the best flavor.
  4. Assemble the tacos by layering cabbage, spiced shrimp, and your favorite sauce inside the warm tortillas.

Notes
