Method
 

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl until a completely smooth liquid forms.
    Hands use a metal whisk to stir a smooth, pale yellow crepe batter inside a white bowl.
  2. Spoon two tablespoons of batter into a hot, lightly greased skillet, tilting to spread it evenly.
  3. Cook for one to two minutes until lightly browned on one side, then invert the shell onto paper towels.
  4. Spread the whipped cream cheese on the un-browned side and arrange the sliced strawberries along one edge.
    Hands use a butter knife to spread white cream cheese and arrange fresh sliced strawberries over a thin cooked crepe.
  5. Drizzle the honey directly over the fruit before rolling the shell tightly from the filled edge.
