Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 2-quart casserole dish to prevent sticking.
  • Cook ground beef and diced onion in large skillet over medium heat until beef browns completely, then drain excess fat.

  • Bake 35 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheese over tots, then bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts and tots are golden.
